Christmas Operating Hours 2025

As we head into the festive season, we want to make sure all our customers and partners know when we’ll be operating and when we’ll pause for a short break.

The end of the year can be a busy time for freight and logistics. Deliveries ramp up, warehouses fill, and timetables change.

To help you plan, here are our Christmas and New Year operating hours. Please check them carefully before booking or scheduling collections, especially around the holiday rush.

Monday 22nd December	Last day for economy collections, but deliveries will be after Christmas.
Tuesday 23rd December	Last day for premium collections. These MUST be entered on an AM service for delivery before Christmas.
Wednesday 24th December	This will be AM deliveries only.
Thursday 25th December	CLOSED
Friday 26th December	CLOSED
Monday 29th December	Collections are available if we are alerted BEFORE 12:00 hrs. Deliveries will be as normal.
Tuesday 30th December	Collections are available if we are alerted BEFORE 12:00 hrs. Deliveries will be as normal. Economy collections will be delivered in 2026.
Wednesday 31st December	AM Deliveries only
Thursday 1st January	CLOSED
Friday 2nd January	Normal service is resumed
